You are supposed to have this system environments to read the Read Me and to run FinderNote:
System 7.1 or later
Clipping Extension (one of Apple's 'Drag Manager' files)
Finder 7.1.4 or later.
• Double clicking note with Hot Opening Key launches the old version of FinderNote.
Remove the old version of FinderNote, or just run the new version once. If you have two or more copies of FinderNote 1.4, run one of them once that you want to use. FinderNote always write its location in Preferences file when it is lauched, and this location is used by FinderNote Extension to launch a proper FinderNote.
• FinderNote is not launched with Hot Opening Key.
This can be occured when there's no enough memory. You have to quit other program, or reduce the required memory size in Get Info window of FinderNote.
If it does not work, just run FinderNote and quit. It probably work well.
